General Terms and Conditions

Terms of delivery and payment
Products that are free of charge will be delivered free of charge; for products that are not free of charge, shipping expenses pursuant to the applicable post or parcel service (DPD) tariffs will be invoiced. The recipient shall bear the risk connected with delivery. The full amount must be paid into our bank account within 14 days. If the period allowed for payment is exceeded, five euros of arrears charges will be invoiced for the second reminder.

Special conditions
In the case of bulk orders of 20 or more bundles of preparation documents for the apprenticeship-leave examination and learning materials for schoolchildren, shipping will be free of charge, and one free copy will be enclosed for every 20 bundles ordered.

Access to the electronic version of the recruitment assistance for apprentices is provided by the company mediabase within 2 working days. The right of utilisation applies for all test exercises for a period of two years for each business location.

Distance selling - Right of cancellation
(1) Customers who are consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act may cancel an agreement they have entered into via distance selling within a period of 14 days from the time they receive the goods without any necessity to state the reasons for it.
It shall suffice if the cancellation is submitted within the period of notice without statement of reasons.
(2) In case of cancellation, the purchase price shall only be reimbursed if the customer returns the goods in question. The prerequisite shall be that the goods are in an unused state and can be resold as new. The costs for return shall be borne by the customer.
(3) If the articles that are spoiled or damaged by wear marks, ibw shall levy an appropriate recompense for the reduction in value.
