In diesem Projekt wurde ein innovatives und systematisches Modell, das "Vocational Qualification Transfer System (VQTS)" auf Ausbildungen in Public Health übertragen. Dabei wurden erworbene berufliche Qualifikationen bzw. bereits geleistete Arbeitsschritte in einer Ausbildung durch die Beschreibung von Lernergebnissen transparent gemacht. Zusätzlich wurden für erworbene Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten ECVET-Punkte (Leistungspunktesystem für berufliche Ausbildungen) vergeben. Durch diese quantitative Bewertung von Lernergebnissen wurde exemplarisch dargestellt, wie (Teil-) Qualifikationen in einem anderen Land angerechnet werden können.

This project transfered an innovative and systematic model, the Vocational Qualification Transfer System (VQTS), to training programmes in public health. In this process, acquired vocational qualifications and already implemented steps of work in a training course were made transparent by describing learning outcomes. In addition, ECVET (European credit transfer system for vocational education and training) points were assigned for acquired knowledge and skills. This quantitative assessment of learning outcomes served as an example for how credits can be given for (partial) qualifications in other countries.
